Refund & Return Policy

Brookline Nutrition Pty Ltd wants you to be satisfied with your purchase of Slim Coffee Booster. If you are not satisfied, the following policy applies.

1. Return Period

You may return your order within 14 calendar days of the date of receipt. This applies to all Australian orders. This right is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging;
• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order;
• Proof of purchase (order reference or name and phone number used at ordering) must be provided.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support team at hello@filteringrrvital.world within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, phone number, order details and reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via bank transfer or the original payment method used. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns of:

• Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective);
• Products not returned within the 14-day return period;
• Products not purchased directly through this website.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange return postage at our cost and provide a full replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
